Phoenix Valley
Bathroom Demolition done right.
Tubs, showers, tile, vanities. Stripped and ready for your remodeler.
Bathrooms are small rooms with heavy, stubborn materials: cast iron tubs, tile set in mortar beds, and old fiberglass surrounds. We take all of it out, cap the lines, and leave the room open to the studs and slab so your remodeler can see exactly what they're working with.
If we find water damage or mold behind the walls, we stop and show you before going further so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Bathroom Demolition FAQ
Can you remove a cast iron tub?
Yes. We usually break it in place so it can be carried out safely without damaging your doorways and floors.
What if you find mold?
We stop, show you, and give you options before we continue. You won't find out about it on the bill.
Can you do more than one bathroom in the Valley the same week?
Yes. Multi-bathroom remodels are common and we schedule them back to back.
