There are two ways to do it. A partial removal breaks up the top of the shell, drills the bottom so water drains, and backfills with compacted fill. Above ground pools and spas are a much smaller job and are usually done in a single day.

Should I do a partial fill-in or full pool removal?
A partial fill-in costs less and works well if the area will stay as yard or landscaping. A full removal makes more sense if you might build on that spot, add a structure, or want the cleanest disclosure when you sell. We'll tell you honestly which one fits.
Do I need a permit to remove a pool in the Valley?
Many Valley cities require one, especially for fill-ins. We check the rules for your address and handle the permit when it's needed.
What if the equipment can't fit through my side yard?
We use smaller machines for tight access and, when needed, remove and rebuild a section of block wall. We'll tell you before the quote, not during the job.
