Interior Demolition done right.
Gut jobs and selective demo before a remodel. The walls you pick, nothing else.
Interior demolition is where care matters most. You're keeping the house, so the job is taking out exactly what the remodel plan calls for and protecting everything that stays: floors, windows, the load-bearing walls, and the rooms you still live in.
We do full gut jobs down to the studs and selective demo where only certain walls, ceilings, or finishes come out. Floors get covered, dust gets contained, and the debris leaves the same day so your contractor can start clean.
What's included
- Floor and doorway protection, plastic dust walls
- Non-load-bearing wall removal
- Drywall, plaster, and ceiling removal
- Flooring, tile, and carpet tear-out
- Cabinet, fixture, and trim removal
- Daily debris haul-off and broom-swept finish
How it works
- 01
Walkthrough
We come out, look at the job, and ask what you're planning next so we only remove what needs to go.
- 02
Written quote
You get a clear price in writing. Permits, disposal, and cleanup are spelled out, not tacked on later.
- 03
Permits & prep
We pull permits, coordinate utility disconnects, and protect anything that stays.
- 04
Demo day
The crew shows up on time, does the work safely, and keeps your neighbors happy.
- 05
Clean finish
Debris hauled, metal and concrete recycled where possible, site swept and graded.

Interior Demolition FAQ
Can you take out a wall to open up my kitchen?
If it's non-load-bearing, yes. If it's load-bearing, your contractor or engineer needs a beam plan first, and we'll work to that plan.
How do you keep dust out of the rest of the house?
Plastic containment walls, covered floors, and sealed doorways. We clean up at the end of every day, not just at the end of the job.
Do you work with my contractor's schedule?
That's the point. We get the space stripped on time so your contractor's crew isn't waiting on demo.
